sigma visits burghead guides

On Monday 14th March 2005, Sigma members Bill Leslie and Ian Shayer gave a combined talk to the 1st Burghead Guides at Burghead Primary School.

The Guides were shown a slide show of the Universe as well as many other astronomical images. There was a question and answer session and later on, when the skies had cleared (and unfortunately the Guides had gone home!), some of the Leaders were able to look through a telescope.
The whole evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all!!
